Meditation for Mondays... on Sundays!

Give yourself permission to spend some time refocusing, recharging, and revitalizing to prepare for whatever the week may bring. Join us in some truly unique self-care. 

Every Sunday at noon, we encourage each other and spend some time away from devices, demands, and unproductive compulsive thinking. Set on our farm, we let the healing power of horses, nature, and fresh air create the stage for any healing, improving, or awakening you need. 

Together, we focus on freeing our minds and bodies from whatever may be holding us back using a variety of techniques and methods.

Placing our mats among or near the horses, pony and cheeky donkey, we set some goals for our session. We then begin with some gentle yoga that anyone can do to free up our bodies while listening to the surrounding sounds of nature and the horses happily munching around us, helping us shift into the present. 

We then flow into still meditation, eyes open, senses engaged, as we work on applying different approaches to helping us embrace the present moment for what it is. This prepares us for movement-based meditation. After all, being alive is all about movement- so we focus on finding that state of mental calm and focus while moving as well. Most of us these days can never find time to sit in stillness, so let's embrace distractions and change the way we see them. We do a lot of tabling judgmental thoughts, letting go of anxieties, and stopping self-doubts, replacing these with alternative thoughts and actions that fuel the soul, rather than drain it. 

After each session, we enjoy some refreshments (tea or lemonade, healthy snacks, often home grown/home-made) and some good laughs.

$20/hr- wear comfy clothes you don't mind getting horsey- ditto the shoes!

If you want to do meditation on a different day, just contact us to arrange a time. Individual and small groups welcome, of course!
