Cooking Class: Kids Cuisine

Come checkout these great kid favorite recipes! learn to make them traditionally as well as their healthier alternative options! Have your kids join you in the kitchen to make lasting memories! $60 Ticket includes admission for parent & 1 child. Additional kids only $10 This class is held in the Arrowheads Estate kitchens. Please wear nonslip shoes & clothes which you may stain. Participants will be provided with an apron and all tools necessary for the class. After the hands-on portion, the class will adjourn to the dining room for a family style meal. Nonalcoholic beverage provided Menu: Fun with Pizza Dough: Learn to make basic pizza dough at home! Create your own personal pizza! The class will also explore other uses for pizza dough: fried dough, focaccia, garlic knots, dessert calzone! Homemade Chicken Nuggets: Herbed Ranch Dip Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese Taught by Chef Ethan Kramer: With a lifelong passion for food, Ethan is a born and bred New Englander with a taste for travel and experiencing life off the beaten path. Ethan loves cooking with bold flavors, practiced technique and has a wealth of personal experience. After attaining his culinary arts degree at Southern New Hampshire University and beginning his career in Ogunquit, Maine. Chef Kramer decided to take his experience on the road to continue his journey. He has traveled the Eastern Seaboard working for some of the top names in the food industry.
