DESCRIPTION:Join local historian\, Joe Hardy\, on Saturday\, October 18th\, from 10am to noon for a walking tour in the Tatnic Hills. The focus of this walk is the English settlement and abandonment of Tatnic Hills and the place of those events in the history of Wells and the changing landscapes of the hill along with the impact of climate change. This is a partner program with the Great Works Regional Land Trust. $10 per person. See link for tickets. Parking is available in the field on Tatnic Road\, directly across from Hill Road. **Note: This is a walking tour in wooded areas over sloping and uneven ground.
