Stained Glass Mosaic Whale Workshop at Mainely Makers
\n\nJoin us for a one-of-a-kind \;Stained Glass Mosaic Whale Workshop \;at \;Mainely Makers Workshop. In this collaborative event hosted by Mainely Makers and Dawn Burns from \;The Creative Soul\, you'\;ll create your very own stunning mosaic whale (approx. 17 inches) using a variety of beautiful stained glass.
\n\nThe workshop begins with a demonstration by Don Oakes on cutting your whale shape\, followed by hands-on guidance as you attach the flipper and sand. Then Dawn Burns will lead instruction\, you&rsquo\;ll learn the relaxing art of mosaic design&mdash\;piecing together stained glass to bring your whale to life. Once your mosaic is complete\, you&rsquo\;ll finish the piece by grouting it for a polished\, ready-to-display look. \;
\n\nEnjoy \;complimentary wine \;and \;nautical-themed bites\, including fresh sushi.
\n\nPlease note: \;This is a \;4-hour workshop\, but you&rsquo\;re welcome to \;work at your own pace&mdash\;stay as long as you&rsquo\;d like within the session. If you finish early\, feel free to head out. If you need more time\, you&rsquo\;re \;invited to complete your project at The Creative Soul studio \;during open hours at no additional cost.
