DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the 22nd Annual Capriccio Festival of Kites Saturday September 10th from 9am to 2pm on the Main Beach in Ogunquit!  We will be giving away 300 free kites to kids to decorate and fly.  A general mass ascension of kites will be at noon.  Kite flyers from local kite clubs and kite enthusiasts will be at the beach flying their kites throughout the day.\n\n\n\nThis is a free event.
